Walking into my passion of wellness and then spirituality in my teens has sent me on quite the journey of self discovery within and around the world. Along the way, I have and continue to pick up and refine many tools and experiences that it is my calling and honor to share.
I’m called to help people embody their most authentic, aligned selves through facilitating consciousness expansion, optimization of wellness, clearing outdated patterns/ways of being, assisting in releasing + healing of traumas and ultimately gracefully grounding down all of this newness into your day to day reality as you transform repeatedly into your most powerful, loving, ease-filled expression. Retreats are cocoon space for healing, expansion, creative activation, and space for the Unknown to come through while unplugging from the day to day responsibilities, pressures, and anxieties. This is the space to get really clear, hear yourself (for many this is the first time in a long time, if not ever that they have had this space), and create the space for what REALLY feels good in your life. This is the space to become acutely aware of what you truly desire. I require trust, surrender, and the willingness to really go deep and let this beautiful experience give you everything you didn’t even know you needed. The days consist of wellness practices, beautiful meals, supportive nature, and plenty of space to just BE.
One of my favorite offerings that I am humbled to serve. Psychedelics came to me at the age of 14 and I knew then that they were a part of my path in order to help others on their own journeys. Journeys with me are typically in large part to call back fragmented aspects of self where you end up walking away feeling more yourself than ever before, because you are. Clearing and shielding from these attachments is a part of my life’s work and I take these journeys very seriously while keeping a light and fun spirit throughout the process. Joy is the greatest rebellion, after all.
